The building itself dates back to 1901 and is instantly recognisable with its distinctive white, blue, and yellow exterior. This traditional Finca (house) has been renovated to offer all modern-day comforts, yet still retains much of its original style and charm.

The picturesque landscape gardens which have been carefully cultivated give a wonderful feel of the Mediterranean, with the aroma of bougainvillea and other tropical plants scenting the air as you dine.

For over 15 years, this elegant eatery has been serving Ibiza with an ever-changing, but consistently excellent selection of seafood, salads, and exceptional cuts of meat.

Open most year-round, Villa Mercedes offers a wonderfully curated menu which offers an intriguing and delicious selection of Mediterranean fusion dishes, a friendly atmosphere, and great service. Being one of the few high-end restaurants to be open all year round, they have earned a loyal following amongst island residents, who flock to enjoy their special events and menu.

As well as excellent food and exquisite cocktails, they also know how to throw a party, and host live music events almost every day at the height of the season. Legendary island flamenco musician and singer Paco Fernandez has a weekly residency, Saturdays see an acoustic duo with guitarist and singer Rafa Peletey, and regular resident DJs are also on the weekly agenda here.
