Description: Villa Rocio is a fantastic and spacious villa featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms nestled on acres of private land. Despite its peaceful and secluded location, it is conveniently close to the amenities San Antonio has to offer. The villa boasts a traditional style with quality furniture, providing everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay in Ibiza.

Inside the Villa:

• Lounge: A spacious and comfy area with a sofa, Smart TV, and work-friendly space.
• Kitchen: Includes dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine, with indoor dining space.

  • Bedroom 1 – Kingsize bed
  • Bedroom 2 – Twin room (2 single beds, can be converted to double)
  • Bedroom 3 – Twin room (2 single beds, can be converted to double)
• Bathrooms:
  • Bathroom 1: Bathtub with shower overhead
  • Bathroom 2: Corner bath with separate shower cubicle, bidet, and toilet

Outside Spaces: Private pool with sun loungers, spacious garden, BBQ area, and ample parking. Perfect for outdoor relaxation and dining while enjoying Ibiza sunsets.

Surrounding Area: Located near San Antonio with easy access to beaches, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The villa is a great base for exploring Ibiza’s countryside and trails.

Additional Info: Cots and highchairs are provided free of charge upon request. A security deposit of €700 is required. Air conditioning is available for a small additional fee of €100. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, safe, iron, hairdryer, and a monitored alarm system.
