MINAMI JAPANESE RESTAURANT
The most memorable thing about Minami, is perhaps not the excellent sushi, but the fabulous chairs, shaped like a nude figure in stylish shades of brown, white, orange and black. The decor of the whole restaurant is elegant and chic, with long narrow pools and walls of growing bamboo, a zen like ambiance is evident throughout. You can reserve private sections should you wish for a more romantic or secluded area. Sushi lovers will be in seventh heaven with the extensive selections available, and we can highly recommend the Red miso soup with salmon and shiitake mushrooms as a perfect starter. If sushi is not your thing then never fear, there is also a wide range of meat and fish dishes to choose from.

For the ultimate indulgence, head next door to the Hard Rock Hotel which is home to Sublimotion, known as the worlds most expensive restaurant. This spectacular dining experience is out of this world, with space for only twelve diners at any one sitting, and no less than 27 staff on hand to serve them. The room is lit with carefully designed light installations, enhancing the whole other worldly ambience, and throughout the five courses of dinner, guests are treated to a series of optical illusions, including plates which seem to spin though the air, and most spectacularly, a self mixing cocktail.
