Venue Information
Still deemed the largest club in the world, Privilege is one place you probably will not mind getting lost in. The roof stands twenty five metres high, and the main room can house more people than you could probably consume alcoholic beverages in a year. Just down the road from Amnesia, transport is needed to arrive at this superclub and you are likely to see many a privileged vehicle parked outside. Aside from the main room, Privilege also boasts a swimming pool and the newly refurbished Vista Club.
Starting out as a restaurant called Ku in the 1970s, Jose Antonio Santamaria expanded the brand to form a club soon after. It was a magnet for the rich and famous and has a history for lavish, debauched affairs. Celebrities flocked towards its infamous walls, seeing everyone from Grace Jones to Freddie Mercury. Enter the 1990s and Ku became under the new ownership of Jose Maria Etxaniz and it was in 1993, that it received the new name Privilege. Rejuvenating the brand he brought Tiesto and also the now legendary Manumission night to Ibiza.
VIP is still something which Privilege does best. Their esteemed history in lavish nights affords you the opportunity to really experience something special. With a range of VIP packages available for both the main room and the Vista Club, they will ensure that everyone there will be wondering who you are. If you still need convincing, have a look at what happened when Ibizahire went VIP for this years A State of Trance.
