Inside the Villa

Entry to the house leads directly into the spacious open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area. The lounge features a comfortable L-shaped sofa (which also converts into a sofa bed), a Smart TV and a selection of DVDs for cosy evenings in.

The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay—oven and hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and more. There is also an indoor dining table, ideal for meals when you prefer to escape the midday heat or enjoy a relaxed dinner inside.

The master bedroom is exceptionally spacious and includes a double bed and generous storage. The second bedroom features two twin beds which can be arranged as a double upon request. Both bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning to ensure a cool and restful night’s sleep. In the lounge we have a sofa bed too

There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone, shaded areas to relax out of the sun, and a BBQ with a dedicated outdoor dining space—perfect for long, lazy lunches or evenings under the stars. The villa also features a ping-pong table for a bit of fun and friendly competition.

Relax by the pool with a cold drink in hand as the sun sets behind the surrounding hills. The gardens are dotted with lemon, orange, and olive trees, and when in season, you’re more than welcome to help yourself.

Just a 4-minute drive (1.5 km) from the villa, you’ll find the amenities of San Rafael. The village offers a well-stocked supermarket, several restaurants—including the famous Can Pilot steakhouse—along with cafés and local bars. For those looking to experience Ibiza’s nightlife, Amnesia and UNVRS are only a further 2 minutes away.

Thanks to its central location, Villa Sa Barda is the perfect base for exploring the island. Both Ibiza Town, Santa Eulalia and San Antonio can be reached in around 15 minutes. If you enjoy walking or cycling, you’ll love the kilometres of scenic tracks and countryside routes right on your doorstep.
