Villa Description
Set in an acre of quiet rustic farmland in the mid south to south west of the island, this beautiful Villa can be found off a dirt track road with the advantage of having no neighbouring Villas. The villa & separate cottage (sleeps 12) are ideal for families and children, with a stunning pool, extensive gardens, orchards and a large TV chill-out room with videos, games and pool table. All the terrace doors are lockable to ensure the safety of children.

The cottage, which was originally a stable has been carefully restored in typical Ibithican Moorish style. The interior now consists of 2 kitchens (indoor & outdoor), 3 bathrooms and 3 stunning bedrooms with views overlooking the sea and mountains. The warm, rich opulent colours of the Moroccan interior provide an exclusive retreat away from the main villa and pool area. The Villa is set in an acre of rustic farmland, which has been beautifully landscaped.

There are a number of charming garden settings to relax and enjoy the surroundings in the shade. You can read a book in peace and quiet, away from the main villa or simply take some time to chill out secluded from the main pool and terrace areas. The orchards have a mixture of citrus trees, which you are welcome to pick from and enjoy the local fruits which grows abundantly in Ibiza. For the children there are plenty of areas to explore as well as an old pirate ship, newly laid football pitch and climbing area.

MOROCCAN COTTAGE Two double bedrooms The cottage, which was originally a stable, has been carefully restored in typical Ibicencan Moorish style. Outside Area
POOL & TERRACES Landscaped in traditional Ibicencan style, the pool and terrace areas of the house provide a luxurious space for relaxing in style. The main area has two pools – the main pool, complete with underwater speakers – and a kids’ paddling pool, set in a timber-deck terrace with loungers, an outdoor kitchen and indulgent chill-out areas. Large hammocks make for perfect lazy afternoons in the sun, while enormous palm trees offer plenty of shade.

BBQ & BAR Al-fresco feasts are a highlight of any stay at the house , with a uniquely designed barbeque area providing incredible views of the villa and surrounding landscape. An outdoor fridge, cooker, sink and worktop and a large eating area have everything you need to dine under the sun or the stars. An outside bar area has also been constructed with a beach-style palm roof, ice-bucket area, fridge and outside sink for day-or-night drinks by the pool. GARDENS & ORCHARDS The house is set in an acre of rustic farmland, which has been beautifully landscaped. The tranquil gardens provide plenty of space to relax in the shade, secluded from the main pool and terrace areas. Ibiza’s famous citrus trees grow abundantly in the villa’s orchards and guests are welcome to pick from them.

There are also plenty of areas for children to explore, as well as an old pirate ship, a tree house, an AstroTurf football pitch and a climbing area. TRADITIONAL TIPI Our beautiful traditional tipi is set back from the house in the lush green gardens. Complete with luxurious boho chic furnishings, it’s perfect for chilling out.

Villa Surroundings
Casa Augustin is a tranquil hideaway set in secluded farmland. A short drive from the airport, the villa is also just 20 minutes from Ibiza Town, making it an ideal base for exploring the island. Tracks behind the villa provide safe, quiet routes for walking or biking, while some of the island’s best beaches are very nearby.

For your convenience, a well renowned small shop is within five minutes’ walking distance and has a selection of organic, local and international produce. There are also a variety of excellent restaurants within easy reach.

NEAREST BEACHES Considered one of Ibiza’s most beautiful spots, Cala Bassa is renowned for its clear waters, pale sand and ancient, gnarled Sabina trees. It’s also home to the chic Cala Bassa Beach Club, with several restaurants serving a range of contemporary fusion cuisine and sophisticated cocktails.

Nearby, Cala Conta has three stretches of beach with shallow water that is safe for children and spectacular views of the island’s sunsets. And just round the corner, the sheltered bay of Cala Tarida offers fine white sand and turquoise waters, as well as Cotton Beach Club, a luxurious destination with a private beach and an impressive DJ line-up.

The Rental Period is from Saturday to Saturday 4.00pm on the day of arrival through to 10.00am on the day of departure, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for new arrivals. The equivalent of 1,500 Euro inventory and breakage deposit is payable before arrival Linen and towels are provided. The villa has monitored alarms and a safe in every bedroom

The villa is the most stunning property we have ever stayed in and exceeded all our expectations. It’s so luxurious – and we loved the beautiful Moroccan cottage! The fabulous views over the island and sea, as well as the beautiful pool area, make Can Verru the best villa in Ibiza by far. The only downside is that we didn’t want to leave!
