A luxury villa of 720 m2 of house in a land of 40.000 m2, with a big infinity pool and an outdoor jacuzzi with wonderful views to Santa Eulalia and the sea.

This villa, renovated from a traditional villa, maintains the main characteristics of the Ibiza’s architecture, surrounded by fruit trees and marvellous palm trees, that will make you discover the authentic Ibiza in an exceptional surrounding, with complete privacy and a perfect location.

There are six suites with its own complete bathroom en-suite (two master suites, with also an hydro massage bathtub), an studio with complete bathroom, two outdoor porch, barbecue, swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi and all the comforts that you can imagine, to achieve that your only concern during your stay will be to enjoy it.

Recently by the pool: there is a new area with a barbecue, a 2nd kitchen, toilets, showers, 1 service room and an area ready for events (porch that can be closed for dance floor).

Pool house + New outside room: Pool house with living room with large table dining area with 16 seats and chill out seating area with big 55inch TV screen, kitchen, barbecue area and 2 toilets and 2 showers. There is also an additional suite with en-suite bathroom.
