Villa Description

Villa Mollie a fantastic 6 bedroom villa within walking distance to the attractions of San Antonio Bay and San Antonio town – so a car is not necessary. The villa is modern, well equipped and boast 6 bathrooms (4 of which are en-suite) Aircon* and Wifi. The spacious outdoor area includes a private pool, dining area and of course a BBQ. The villa appeals to groups and families a like wanting a quality villa with amenities close by.

Inside the Villa

In the main house you can find the spacious lounge area with a large L shape sofa, TV (with UK freeview) and indoor dining table. Leading from the lounge you have a small hallway with two bedrooms and a large family bathroom with bath/shower etc. The master suite also leads from the hallway and here you can find a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite with corner bath, separate shower and his and hers sinks. A small chillout room can also be found leading from the lounge towards the pool. The final room in the main house is the well equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge/freezer.

There are also 3 newly built suites leading from the pool area. These spacious suites are all twin rooms with large wardrobe space and en-suite bathrooms with rainforest showers.

Outside Area
Villa Mollie boasts fantastic outdoor space which is ideal for large groups and families. To the front on the villa there is a large porch area with seating. To the back you can find your very own private pool with gradual steps leading into it. There is a large terrace with palm trees surrounding the pool and plenty of sunbeds for you to relax on. You also have an outdoor kitchen area complete with charcoal and gas BBQ, sink, fridge/freezer and two shaded seating areas with large dining table and seats perfect for Al fresco dining.

For your convenience, there is also a pool shower room with shower, toilet and sink.

At the entrance to the villa you have a table tennis table to enjoy.

Villa Surroundings
This fantastic villa is located in San Antonio Bay, with amenities all within walking distance, there is a supermarket in 10minutes walk, a bus stop 5 walk which takes you into San Antonio and also to many great beaches. There are numerous cafes/bars and restaurants within 5/10 min’s walk. The fantastic beach of San Antonio bay is a 15/20 min’s walk away, which has a lovely promenade along the cost where you can walk into San Antonio. This villa is located in a great neighbourhood and is perfect for those wanting the peace and quiet of a villa yet being able to have easy access to San Antonio and San Antonio Bay.

In order to keep the cost of renting this villa as low as possible if air conditioning is required we ask for a small in resort supplement of 100€
Please note when possible single beds can placed together with mattress toppers if doubles are required.

I stayed in the Villa Mollie with 12 other friends in San Antonio & it truly was excellent. The villa had everything you need & the x3 brand new en-suite rooms were top notch! The outside kitchen area with built in BBQ leading onto the pool was brilliant, as this meant you could rustle up a tasty burger whilst still chatting to friends. There were shops in a close proximity (5 minute walk) to cater for your shopping needs, with San Antonio Bay just a 20-minute stroll away. All in all, it was a fantastic holiday, only made better by the excellent accommodation. If anything, I had TOO much fun!-
