Villa Carvi is a bright, spacious, and traditionally decorated, Villa Carvi offers 4 / 5 bedrooms set over two levels. Its excellent location and expansive gardens make it the perfect holiday home for families or larger groups. The impressive swimming pool is surrounded by well-maintained gardens, multiple sun terraces, and an outdoor dining area with BBQ—ideal for long, relaxing days in the Ibiza sunshine. Thanks to its close proximity to San Antonio and all its amenities, a car is not required.

Inside the Villa

The bright and airy living area features a traditional-style fireplace, comfortable sofas, and plenty of space to unwind after a busy day exploring the island. Furnished in classic Spanish style, the villa feels warm, homely, and inviting throughout. The comfy and spacious lounge has several sofas positioned around a flat screen smart tv for if you need to log into Netflix/YouTube/Amazon Prime

Leading from the lounge is a conservatory / games room, offering additional dining space and a pool table—perfect for family fun or relaxed evenings at home.

Ground Floor
The ground floor features a large dining area and a recently renovated kitchen equipped with all modern appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
Bedroom 1: Three single beds (can be configured as a double + single if required)
Bathroom: Modern shower enclosure, conveniently located adjacent to Bedroom 1

First Floor
Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer twin beds that can be converted into doubles, and both rooms benefit from direct access to a private balconies
A modern shared bathroom with shower and WC serves these two rooms.
The Master Bedroom (Bedroom 4) features a large king-size bed, a dressing room/walk-in wardrobe, and private access to a terrace.

The upper level includes a large lounge area that can be converted into an additional bedroom (Bedroom 5). This space can be separated with concertina doors for privacy or left open-plan—ideal for families with children.
This area opens onto a huge chill-out terrace with beautiful views over the bay, providing the perfect spot for lounging and soaking up the Ibiza sun.
