Villa Es Cuco is a fantastic 3-bedroom villa set within private grounds and offering magnificent views across the countryside towards the island of Conejera and the Mediterranean Sea. Traditional in character yet modern and well equipped, it’s the ideal retreat for guests looking to relax in comfort while staying close to some of Ibiza’s most beautiful beaches—including Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, and Cala Tarida.

The villa enjoys a convenient location with restaurants and local bars within easy walking distance, and the lovely beach of Port des Torrent just a 20–25 minute stroll away.

Inside the Villa

Entry to the villa leads into a spacious lounge area furnished with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and an indoor dining table. Two sets of patio doors provide plenty of natural light—one opens onto the main pool terrace, while the other leads to a charming breakfast terrace. From the lounge you can also enjoy the villa’s magnificent views toward Conejera and the Mediterranean.

The kitchen is separated from the lounge by a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a range of small appliances (kettle, toaster, blender). There is also a pantry/utility area with additional storage space, along with an iron and ironing board.

Along the hallway you’ll find two twin bedrooms, a shared family bathroom, and at the end, the master bedroom with its own en-suite. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned* and offer ample wardrobe space. The décor is finished to a high standard throughout, with solid wood furnishings adding a warm, traditional touch.

Set within 2,500 m² of private land, Villa Es Cuco offers an abundance of outdoor space, giving guests plenty of peaceful spots to relax and take in the surroundings. The main pool terrace enjoys stunning views across the countryside toward the sea and is the perfect place to soak up the sun throughout the day.

The  gardens feature several chill-out and dining areas, including a dedicated BBQ zone with an outdoor sink and ample space for al fresco meals. On-site parking is available for up to three cars, and the villa is secured with a private entrance gate. The pool measures 9m x 4.2m, with a depth of 2m at the deep end and a convenient step/seat as you enter the water.

A standout feature is the large roof terrace—an unbeatable place to unwind and enjoy the panoramic views toward Conejera and the Mediterranean Sea. Covered with artificial grass and furnished with comfortable chill-out seating, it’s the ultimate spot to relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

Surrounding Area

Villa Es Cuco is located in the popular area of Port des Torrent, perfectly positioned between San Antonio Bay and the stunning west coast beaches of Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, and Cala Tarida. A 10-minute walk brings you to a well-regarded supermarket and restaurant, Es Cuco—famous locally for its delicious spit-roast chicken—as well as the traditional Spanish restaurant Can Poujelet.

A further 10-minute walk takes you into the heart of Port des Torrent, where you’ll find a beautiful sandy beach with regular water taxis crossing the bay to San Antonio. The area also offers a selection of restaurants, traditional bars, and a handful of shops. On the far side of the beach, you’ll find the Hotel SeaView, home to a fantastic waterpark that’s ideal for families with children.

A bus stop located just 10 minutes away provides convenient transport to the west coast beaches, San Antonio Bay, and onward into San Antonio Town—making it easy to explore the island without needing a car.
