Villa Sofia [New 2026]

Villa Sofia is a modern 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa located just a 15-20 minute walk from San Antonio and only 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Cala Gració. Stylish, contemporary, and fully equipped, the villa has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay in Ibiza. The bedrooms are spacious, the furnishings are modern, and the décor is finished to a high standard throughout.

The outdoor areas are a standout feature, offering a private pool, an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, and a large rooftop terrace perfect for enjoying Ibiza’s famous sunsets.

Villa Sofia is also equipped with solar panels, allowing the property to operate more sustainably and reduce its carbon footprint — a great choice for guests who value eco-friendly travel.

Inside the Villa

On the ground floor, you’ll find one of the bedrooms, a guest toilet, and a very modern, fully equipped kitchen,  featuring a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and of course a Nespresso machine . The lounge area is bright, spacious, and stylishly furnished, with plenty of seating—including a large L-shaped sofa perfect for relaxing and cooling off from the Ibiza sunshine.

The remaining four bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with two bathrooms, a small balcony, and the staircase leading up to the rooftop terrace. All windows throughout the villa are fitted with blackout shutters—great for security and ideal for keeping the rooms cool and dark when you want a restful sleep.

Outside Spaces

The villa offers excellent privacy and can be accessed either through the large gated entrance—with parking space for two cars—or via a smaller gate. Several small garden areas surround the property and lead to the private pool, complete with an outdoor shower and dedicated sunbathing space / chillout.

A standout feature is the outdoor kitchen area, equipped with a fridge-freezer, BBQ, and sink—ideal for relaxed outdoor dining. On the second floor, you’ll find a small private balcony, while the rooftop terrace offers a table and chairs, providing the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a drink, and enjoy the outside space

Surrounding Area

Villa Sofia is set on a quiet residential street in the Cala Gració area of San Antonio. The closest supermarket, bar, and restaurant are less than a five-minute walk away, and the beautiful beach of Cala Gració is just around the corner.

In recent years, Cala Gració has become one of the most desirable pockets of San Antonio, thanks to the arrival of several high-end hotels and stylish venues. These include the TRS Hotel with its impressive rooftop bar, the luxury OKU Ibiza—famous for its outstanding sushi restaurant—and the vibrant, Cuban-inspired Hotel Cubanito. All of these add a touch of sophistication and atmosphere to the neighbourhood while still keeping the area relaxed and residential.

From the villa, you can walk into San Antonio in around 15 minutes, either along the main road or via the scenic coastline walkway. This coastal route passes another sandy cove before leading you directly to the iconic sunset spots of Café Mambo and Café del Mar. For families with little ones The Aquarium is only a few mins walk away.
