Villa Susan is a fantastic holiday home set in 6,000m² of private land, perfectly located for enjoying all that San Antonio and the Bay area have to offer. With spacious outdoor areas, a private pool, and traditional yet stylish interiors, this villa is ideal for families and groups seeking comfort and convenience.

The property features Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in bedrooms), a private pool, BBQ, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large, comfortable lounge area — providing everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay in Ibiza.

Inside the Villa

You enter into a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area, complete with ample seating and a flat-screen Smart TV — perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. From here, a small hallway leads to two generously sized bedrooms, each offering plenty of wardrobe space. The master suite, accessed via a separate door, features an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink, along with extensive storage.

The kitchen, located just off the dining area, comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the essentials for a comfortable self-catering stay.

Please note: a full kitchen renovation is planned for summer 2026 with the addition of a dishwasher, further enhancing this already delightful villa.

A spacious paved terrace leads to the inviting pool area, where guests can enjoy sunshine throughout most of the day. The pool is perfectly sized for the number of guests and enjoys lovely views over San Antonio and towards the island’s famous sunset coast.

There are comfortable sun loungers for everyone, along with a newly added chill-out area featuring cosy daybeds — ideal for relaxing with a drink or enjoying an afternoon siesta. The large outdoor dining and BBQ area sits conveniently beside the pool, creating the perfect setting for long, leisurely meals. Ample private parking is available for those wishing to hire cars or mopeds during their stay.

Located just 1 mile (1.6 km) from the start of San Antonio and the Bay, Villa Susan offers a peaceful and private setting while remaining close to all the action. The town centre is approximately a 20-minute walk or just a 3-minute taxi ride away. In San Antonio, you’ll find a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, and much more to explore and enjoy.
