Inside the Villa

The villa’s kitchen is a culinary haven, finished to a high standard and equipped with everything you need. Highlights include a dishwasher, drinking water purification tap, extra-large oven and hob, American style fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, Nutribullet and more.  For dining, enjoy a cozy indoor kitchen table or opt for al fresco breakfast on the outdoor terrace bathed in morning sunshine

At the heart of the villa is a central staircase surrounded by stylish and spacious living areas

Lounge: Escape the midday heat on the plush L-shaped sofa with a chaise longue, complete with a Smart TV for your favourite streaming services (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime) and a BOSE sound system for immersive entertainment.

Dining Area: A large indoor dining space is perfect for group meals or relaxed evenings in.

The villa is equipped with air-conditioning throughout, individual room temperature controls, sun blinds, and blackout shutters in the bedrooms to guarantee a peaceful night’s sleep.

Master Suite – Queen-size bed with views of the small palm garden. To the left a large private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle and his/her sinks.

A spacious 2m x 4m walk-in wardrobe with ample space for all your belongings.

Room 2 – Twin beds (can be made into King beds if needed) with sliding door wardrobes

 Room 4 – Mezzanine level bedroom with 3 x single beds (can be made into a double if needed) and En-suite shower room, Juliet balcony and doorway to spacious roof terrace offering panoramic mountain and bay views.

The basement level offers a pool table a treadmill and small selection of exercise equipment, and a shower room. You can also find the utility area here with washer/dryer/iron/ironing board etc

This space includes a large seating and dining area, a fridge-freezer to keep refreshments chilled, and a substantial charcoal BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining experiences. Adding to the convenience is a poolside toilet and an outdoor shower, ensuring everything you need is within easy reach.

The villa grounds are accessed through an electric gate, offering both privacy and security, with parking available for multiple cars. A unique touch to the landscape is a small, traditional Ibicencan fishing boat, repurposed as a charming cactus garden.
