Villa Rocio is a fantastic and spacious villa featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, nestled on acres of private land. Despite its peaceful and secluded location, it is conveniently close to the amenities San Antonio has to offer. The villa boasts a traditional style with quality furniture, providing everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay in Ibiza. Features and amenities include WiFi, a private pool, a smart TV, air conditioning*, and a well-equipped kitchen.

A spacious and confy space for when you need to escape the heat or just chill. Relax on the sofa, catch up with work or why not watch a movie via the smart TV

The kitchen is of ampole size and well equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and more. There is also space for indoor dining.

Outside Spaces

Chill on a sunlounger, take a dip in your very own private pool or enjoy the spacious grounds and gardens. Enjoy a delicious BBQ from the outside areas as you watch the sun fade away in the distance. The house also has ample space for parking for those with cars.

Surrounding Area

The house is set in spacious and private grounds, yet within a five-minute walk, you can reach a sports center and a reliable, regular bus service to San Antonio and beyond. A 15-minute walk brings you to the Mercadona supermarket and the start of San Antonio town, offering all the amenities you could wish for. Several beaches are nearby, including two of the island’s most prestigious—Cala Salada and Cala Gracio. You are also spoiled for choice in terms of eateries, with numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants in San Antonio. Additionally, Sa Capella is only a 10-minute walk away, Hostal La Torre is a short drive, and the highly rated El Chiringuito is on Cala Gracioneta beach. The villa is ideal for a peaceful and private retreat while being close to amenities when needed. For nature lovers, walkers, and cyclists, this is a perfect base to explore the island’s countryside, with several trails and walks on your doorstep.

There is also a washing machine, safe, iron and hairdryer at the villa
In order to keep the cost of renting this villa as low as possible if air conditioning is required we ask for a small in resort supplement of 100€

Please note when possible single beds can placed together with mattress toppers if doubles are required.

For peace of mind this villa has a monitored alarm system with camera detection. This is only activated once  you set the alarm  and leave the villa.
