Villa Description

Villa Susan is a fantastic villa in the perfect location for the attractions of San Antonio and the Bay. Set in 6000msq of private land with great outdoor spaces and stylish interiors this is the ideal base for families and groups alike. The villa has WIFI, Aircon* (in bedrooms) Private pool, BBQ, well equipped kitchen and a large lounge area. Villa Susan offers everything and more for a great stay here in Ibiza!

Inside the Villa

You enter into the largest room, an open plan living room/ inside dining area which boasts plenty of seating, a flat screen TV with UK TV channels and apple TV!

Ideal for when you wish to escape the mid-day sun and relax. Two bedrooms lead from a small hallway both very spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. Between the two rooms there is a modern shower room, with toilet/sink.

The large master suite is entered via a separate door and here you will find the en-suite (with bath, shower, toilet, sink) again lots of storage. Finally the kitchen leads from the dining area and is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything else you need for a comfortable stay.

Outside Area
The villa is set in 6000msq of private land with no neighbours overlooking. There is a fantastic paved terrace area leading to the pool and sun worshippers have the sun almost all day! The pool is a great size for the number of guests, and offers views to San Antonio and towards the sunset coast! There are sunbeds for all and now Villa Susan has a new chill out area with comfy day beds. A fantastic outdoor dining area and BBQ area is situated poolside and there is ample private parking for those wanting to rent mopeds/cars.

Located 1 mile / 1.6km away from the start of San Antonio and the Bay, very private and peaceful yet within easy reach to the town it takes approx 20mins to walk or a taxi 3mins ride. In San Antonio you have numerous shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and much more

I booked our stay through IbizaHire who were available via email before our trip and sorted out our airport transfers. While we were there, Alan the villa manager was on hand pretty much 24/7 if we needed anything else. Villa Susan and the pool and outside areas are all spotless with loads of space to mill about in, there were 7 of us and we had no trouble with feeling like there wasn’t enough space for us.

IbizaHire offer extras from BBQs to doing the shopping before your arrival, neither of which we took advantage of but definitely wish we had. Alan put us in touch with another gentleman called Dave who was more than happy to come and get us, take us shopping and wait to bring us home which was really handy. Location wise, it’s about 10 minutes away from San Antonio bay and a taxi can be sourced pretty easily.

The villa itself is off the main road so can be quite hard to find but if you tell a driver to go to ‘Vistabella Bungalows’, the road to the villa is the next on the left. Even though it is off the main road and away from other villas, we did feel very safe throughout our stay.

The villa was nice and tidy, we paid for the drinks package so we had stuff when we arrived in the early hours. The villa was in a good location close enough to get around by taxi’s only but in a quite area, it was quite dark but there was 6 girls so we always made sure we stuck in groups when returning home from a night out so we felt safe. We had no water for a day but the owner came round with an engineer and sorted this quickly and was very nice.

Also we booked it through Ibizahire and they were always on hand with all the questions and queries we had and even gave us the number of someone so we could get to the supermarket, we ended up using him the whole week to get around and was really helpful! Overall we had a really nice experience and all said we’d stay again Reviewed October 27, 2014 We stayed in Villa Susan for a week in October, 2014.

It’s a lovely villa in a beautiful quiet spot in the hills above San Antoni. From the terrace you can see the town and the sea in the distance but all you can hear are the sounds of the countryside. There’s plenty of accommodation, nicely furnished and a decent kitchen, but we spent most of the time outside on the terrace and in the pool. There are both open and shaded spots, so there’s always somewhere that feels right to sit or lie and laze. We loved it and would definitely stay again if we return to Ibiza.
